Job Description
- Greet the customer and establish a trusting relationship from the first contact.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding clearly and politely to all questions related to the SAAQ and associated procedures.
- Effectively communicate relevant information, the steps to follow, and the required documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, schedule and organize appointments, and follow up on requests.
- Guide customers towards the most suitable solutions and collaborate with technicians and the administrative team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, respecting confidentiality and security standards.
Profile sought
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar technical role.
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written); English is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Team spirit, sense of service, and solutions-oriented approach.
