Hyundai Ile-Perrot, the Autoforce Group dealership in Pincourt, Quebec, is seeking a Technical Advisor to join its service department. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the service department
- Opening and closing work orders
- Determine repair and maintenance needs of vehicles
- Advise customers on maintenance, inspection, and safety services
- Follow up with customers regarding progress and completion of repairs on their vehicles
- Collaborate with various internal departments as well as external suppliers
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Experience as a service advisor / technical advisor
- General knowledge of mechanics
- Excellent sales, organizational, and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Good knowledge of warranty procedures and standards
- Ability to communicate in French and English (to serve our English-speaking customers)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
