As a Technical Advisor, you will be the essential link between our customers and our technicians.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with courtesy and professionalism, guiding them through the service process.
  • Assessing customers' needs regarding repairs and maintenance, while providing accurate and tailored recommendations.
  • Managing service appointments and optimizing technicians' schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining transparent communication with customers about the work performed, associated costs, and delivery times.
  • Following up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive sector or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Ford products and automotive services is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
