We are looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team at Saint-Eustache Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide technical recommendations and clear explanations of necessary repairs and available services.
- Collaborate with technicians to prepare accurate estimates and ensure effective communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Manage appointments and follow up post-service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry procedures.
- Ensure work orders are filled out according to manufacturer standards.
- Track ongoing work, received parts, and other related tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and navigate a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC models is an asset.
- Attention to detail and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the Serti software is an asset.
