Our company, Groupe Carbur, is proud to position itself as the largest automotive dealership in Greater Saint-Jérôme, bringing together the dealerships of St-Jérôme Chevrolet Buick GMC, St-Jérôme Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat, and St-Jérôme Auto Depot Supercentre Occasion.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Advisor eager to grow and thrive in an inspiring and constantly evolving environment within our St-Jérôme Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership!

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting customers upon arrival and gathering information about their vehicle.
- Selling maintenance, lubrication, safety inspection, and other related services requested by the manufacturer.
- Accurately recording issues related to the customer's vehicle on the repair order.
- Considering previous repairs and making recommendations regarding additional necessary repairs.
- Preparing a detailed and accurate estimate of labor and parts costs.
- Explaining to customers the nature of the work performed and all associated costs.
- Checking the extent of warranty coverage on the vehicle before starting work.
- Notifying the workshop dispatcher of the work to be performed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Advisor.
- Knowledge of the automotive field.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Developed team spirit.
