The challenges awaiting you:
In the role of Technical Advisor, you will need to:
Welcome customers and gather the necessary information to determine their repair and maintenance needs for their vehicles; Sell maintenance services according to the customer's needs while ensuring quality customer service; Follow up with the customer; Provide excellent customer service.
Job requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position; Excellence in customer service; Possess good computer knowledge (experience with Serti is an asset); Have sales skills.
