Job Description
- Open and close work orders
- Prepare tomorrow's appointments
- Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
- Respond to calls and schedule appointments
- Follow up on parts on order
- Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
- Handle requests related to extended warranties
- Managing multiple software platforms
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive field (any role)
- Passion for customer service and ease with the public
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
