HGregoire Hyundai Vaudreuil is currently looking for a technical advisor to join its team! As a technical advisor, you will be at the heart of the process of preparing and delivering vehicles to our customers.
Schedule:
Full-time
Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation sheets following predefined guidelines and perform necessary follow-ups in collaboration with various departments; Make preparation requests for external companies when necessary; Check invoices for parts for each vehicle and the time required to make corrections; Communicate with different departments (sales / finance / delivery) about any issues or needs; Update the vehicle's history by recording details from the preparation sheet; Follow up with customers and different departments when there are issues at the time of delivery and make the necessary corrections to ensure customer satisfaction; Prepare the preparation sheets for all vehicles entering the dealership, as well as for demo vehicles; Keep their knowledge of the dealership's inventory up to date; Ensure the security of vehicle keys at the branch; Support vehicle storage logistics in inventory; Follow up on deliveries and ensure deadlines promised to customers are met; Provide impeccable customer service; Ensure quality control of all vehicles delivered to customers.
Profile sought:
Relevant experience in the automotive field; Bilingual in French and English both orally and in writing, at an intermediate-advanced level to communicate with our exclusively French-speaking clientele as well as our significant exclusively English-speaking clientele; Demonstrate a customer satisfaction orientation and attention to detail; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; In-depth knowledge of vehicles and their systems; Ability to work independently; Positive and professional attitude; Resident of Canada.
