Job Description: Fortier Ford, a new dealership of the GENX Automotive Group in Montreal-East, is looking for a Service Attendant to help improve workshop efficiency. The candidate must be capable of performing vehicle maintenance tasks following manufacturer procedures and specifications, with precision. He/She should have a good knowledge of vehicles and equipment, and understand safety procedures. The position involves teamwork and effective communication with other staff members. No customer service interaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oil changes, tire replacements, and other vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic checks as needed by the workshop.
- Follow procedures, safety instructions, and traceability of interventions.
- Keep the workshop clean and organized; assist technicians when necessary.
- Report any anomalies or parts needs to ensure safety and quality of interventions.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 0 years required; automotive mechanical training or internship considered an asset.
- Team spirit, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures and quickly learn manufacturer-specific protocols.
