Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our workshop and ensure the technical excellence of our interventions. The holder of the position will be the technical and operational driving force, guaranteeing the quality, efficiency, and cohesion of the team.
Job Description
- Act as workshop supervisor and technical reference for mechanics.
- Train, support, and assist technicians with more complex tasks.
- Perform and supervise advanced diagnostics.
- Help solve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.
- Conduct quality control of repairs before delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between the workshop technicians and the counter advisors.
- Validate diagnostics, repair methods, and recommendations.
- Participate in organizing and ensuring the proper flow of work in the workshop.
- Share experience and contribute to the development of the team’s skills.
- Oversee planning and task allocation, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automobile mechanics.
- Strong aptitude for diagnostics and solving mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.
- Pedagogical mindset, ability to train and coach a team.
- Organizational skills, resourcefulness, and excellent team spirit.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (technicians, advisors, clients).
