HYDRAULIC WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
🚛 Are you a motivating leader passionate about heavy trucks and hydraulics? Excellence Peterbilt is looking for a Hydraulic Workshop Supervisor to join its team in Sainte-Julie. We are seeking someone known for their organizational skills, ability to mobilize a team, and desire to provide exceptional customer service. In this key role, you will directly contribute to the growth and success of our hydraulic workshop by coordinating operations and developing your team.

Specifically, in this position you will be responsible for:
Planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily activities of the hydraulic workshop; Monitoring repairs and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met; Leading, motivating, and supporting employees in parts and service departments; Collaborating with clients and various departments to provide an outstanding customer experience; Participating in the development and continuous improvement of the services offered by the hydraulic workshop; Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Experience, training, and skills that would be useful:
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; Knowledge of mechanics and/or the heavy truck market; Knowledge of warranties; Practical knowledge of computers, the Office Suite, and service software; Possession of a Class 1 or 3 driver’s license (an asset).
