Senior Financial Systems Administrator (OneStream) at TI Automotive

This role is crucial in supporting GAAP financial reporting by partnering with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and IT teams. You'll lead OneStream development, ensure data integrity, security, and system stability, while continuously driving platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support OneStream applications and data integrations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to enhance system functionality and automate financial workflows.
- Lead testing, upgrades, and manage change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related.
- 5+ years of OneStream hands-on experience.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, VBA.
- Expertise in financial systems, GAAP/IFRS, consolidation, and reporting.
- Certification and development experience preferred.
Work Environment: Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week. Fast-paced office setting, especially during financial close periods.
