About the Role
TI Automotive is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Administrator to lead the administration, development, and optimization of the OneStream Corporate Performance Management platform. Work closely with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to support GAAP-based financial reporting, ensure system stability, and drive continual improvements. This position requires strong finance process expertise blended with technical skills in OneStream administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial close processes and end-user support across global finance teams
- Administer OneStream applications including security, hierarchies, and metadata
- Lead OneStream development, upgrades, and automation initiatives
- Manage data integrations and ensure SOX compliance
- Partner with Finance leadership on roadmap and system expansions
What We Seek
- Expertise in accounting and financial systems, especially OneStream
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, VBA, and analytical troubleshooting
- Ability to translate financial concepts into technical solutions
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset ready to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields, with 5+ years of hands-on OneStream experience. Preferred candidates have certifications and experience with OneStream extensions, automation, and global multi-currency organizations.
Work Environment
Fast-paced office with hybrid work: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote weekly.
