We seek a skilled Sr. Financial Systems Administrator to oversee, optimize, and develop our OneStream CPM platform. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to ensure financial reporting accuracy and system integrity. The ideal candidate combines deep finance process knowledge with strong technical skills in OneStream administration and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial close processes and statutory, management, and external reporting
- Manage OneStream administration including security, data loads, and application migrations
- Develop and automate financial processes and extend system capabilities
- Ensure governance, controls, SOX compliance, and continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in OneStream platform and financial processes (GAAP/IFRS, intercompany accounting)
- Strong technical aptitude (SQL, Excel, VBA)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 5+ years OneStream experience
- Preferred certifications and development experience in OneStream, SQL, and VB.NET/C#
Work in a dynamic office environment with hybrid remote opportunity (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
