Auto Loan Ready is seeking an experienced individual in auto financing to oversee, support, and train a team of development advisors.

Your main responsibilities:
Supervise the daily work of a team of less experienced financing advisors
Train new employees on auto financing processes, credit applications, and lender practices
Support team members in analyzing second and third chance credit files
Review more complex files and recommend the best financing strategies
Act as a resource person for the team and answer questions related to specialized credit
Ensure quality follow-up on files, work methods, and adherence to procedures
Help employees improve their communication, follow-up, and presentation techniques for financial solutions
Negotiate with specialized financial institutions to obtain the best possible conditions
Participate in processing certain client files when the situation requires more advanced expertise
Collaborate with management to improve processes, training tools, and department performance
The profile sought:
Significant experience in auto financing and specialized credit
Excellent knowledge of second and third chance credit cases
Ability to train, manage, and motivate a team
Educational, patient, and constructive approach
Positive leadership and excellent team spirit
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously
Good knowledge of financing products, insurance, and automotive warranties
Supervision or training experience considered a significant asset
