Your role
As a Technical Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and our service department. Your mission will be to provide a remarkable customer experience by ensuring thorough follow-up on maintenance and repair work, while ensuring each customer's satisfaction.
Responsibilities Greet customers in the service department and assess their needs; Advise customers on recommended maintenance and necessary repairs; Clearly explain the work to be done, the associated costs, and the expected timelines; Prepare estimates and repair orders; Schedule appointments and coordinate work with the technical team; Maintain constant communication with customers regarding the progress of repairs; Act as a link between customers and technicians to ensure accurate communication of information; Ensure the quality of service provided and customer satisfaction; Use management tools and systems (DMS) to document interventions and follow-ups; Respect company policies and current safety standards.
Profile sought
At least one (1) year of experience in a similar position or in the automotive after-sales service field; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to simplify technical information and convey it clearly and professionally; Organizational skills, autonomy, and excellent priority management; Team spirit and a positive attitude; Knowledge of DMS systems (an asset); Valid driver's license; Availability Monday to Friday (no weekend work); Relevant training or equivalent experience.
