Job description
Montreal-Est Toyota, a member of the Tremblay Auto Group, is seeking a Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice) with at least 1 year of automotive repair experience to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair the mechanical, electrical, and control systems of Toyota vehicles and other makes according to supervisor directives.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and minor and major repairs, under the supervision of an experienced technician.
- Use diagnostic tools and modern equipment, read technical diagrams/schematics, and document interventions accurately.
- Perform road tests and ensure the quality of repairs while complying with safety standards and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with the service advisor and other technicians to ensure effective and satisfactory customer service.
Profile sought
- 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics required. Apprentices in training in an automotive technical program will also be considered.
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and progress.
- Good knowledge of diagnostic tools and techniques and the ability to interpret technical information.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability to adapt to a service schedule.
