Longueuil Nissan, a member of the Motion Group and a reference on the South Shore and in the Montreal region for the purchase and maintenance of Nissan vehicles, is seeking a Mechanic / Technician - Electric Vehicle Specialist to strengthen its service team in Longueuil. You will work in an environment focused on innovation, excellence, and professional development, with a strong customer focus and the latest Nissan technologies and electric vehicle electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform safety inspections and carry out general maintenance and minor repairs according to Nissan procedures.
- Diagnose electrical systems and components related to electric vehicles, perform repairs, and prepare estimates.
- Execute work described on the repair order efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in service trainings and meetings, sharing knowledge about EV technologies and Nissan updates.
- Conduct road tests to validate corrections and ensure the proper functioning of vehicles.
- Update intervention records and computerized reports in the management system.
- Collaborate with other technicians and the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience required in a similar role.
- Valid Companion 1-2-3 skill card mandatory.
- Good teamworking ability, collaborative spirit, and initiative.
- Punctuality, versatility, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Skills in computing and electricity; knowledge of EV systems is a significant asset.
- Excellent diagnostic ability, task organization skills, and adherence to safety procedures.
