Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technician / Mechanic to join Subaru Métropolitain, a Subaru dealership in Saint-Léonard, near Montreal. Offering excellent working conditions and competitive compensation, this position requires at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Subaru vehicles and, if necessary, other brands, according to manufacturer procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and functional tests.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical bulletins, and use computerized diagnostic tools.
- Document interventions and communicate findings to the team and, when necessary, to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the service team and parts department to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Respect safety standards and the dealership’s internal procedures.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive mechanic experience.
- Ability to diagnose quickly and work independently while integrating into a team.
- Good service orientation and excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
