In this role, you will diagnose and repair vehicles accurately, while working closely with our team to meet the needs and expectations of our solid customer base.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on a variety of vehicles, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Carry out routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Document all services performed, maintaining transparency and accuracy of records.
Provide exceptional customer service, explaining problems and repairs clearly and respectfully.
Stay informed about industry trends and continue to improve your technical skills.
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic or technician in a dealership or service center.
Relevant professional certification (journeyman / CPA certified) or equivalent qualification.
Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Professionalism, reliability, and ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to work quality and customer satisfaction.
Experience with Subaru or Japanese vehicles (an asset).
