Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out work procedures as indicated on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy according to the highest standards of the manufacturer and the dealership;
- Perform repairs on vehicles;
- Work with other team members to achieve a complete customer satisfaction mission;
- Maintain close communication with the service advisors team when additional procedures are required or when repairs cannot be completed within the prescribed timelines;
- Attend in-person and online training sessions as needed;
- Conduct road tests to ensure quality control of the work performed.
Qualifications and required skills:
- One year of experience (or more) as a mechanic;
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of hybrid electric vehicles (an asset);
- A strong work ethic and team orientation;
- Hold a competency card issued by the Joint Automotive Committee.
