Job Description
Main responsibilities:
-
Perform work procedures as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately according to the highest standards set by the manufacturer and the dealership;

Carry out repairs on vehicles;

Work with other team members to achieve complete customer satisfaction;

Maintain close communication with the service consultant team when additional procedures are needed or when repairs cannot be completed within the prescribed timeframes;
-
Attend in-person and online training sessions as needed;
-
Conduct road tests to ensure quality control of the work performed.

Details
Qualifications and required skills:
- One year of experience (or more) as a mechanic;
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of hybrid electric vehicles (an asset);
- Strong teamwork ethic;
- Possess a competence card issued by the Joint Automobile Committee.
