Canadian Tire St-Bruno-de-Montarville is seeking a Mechanic / Technician to strengthen its team.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of motor vehicles, using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections, and identify parts to replace.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures, and follow up on the repairs.
- Adhere to safety standards and work procedures, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Prepare clear and detailed service reports and ensure high-quality customer service.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
- Relevant diploma (DEP in automotive mechanics, AEC, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the mechanical, electrical and electronic systems of modern vehicles.
- Analytical thinking, ability to diagnose quickly and solve problems.
- Valid driver's license; availability to work as service needs require.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
