Action Mitsubishi, a premier Mitsubishi dealership in Saint-Hubert, Quebec, is seeking a qualified Mechanic / Technician to join its high-performing team.
Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Mitsubishi vehicles and customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer procedures and workshop quality standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify and resolve failures.
- Prepare clear and accurate work reports and communicate findings to technicians and customer service.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the workshop and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure an optimal customer experience and timely service.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on modern automotive technologies and systems.
Job Requirements
- Auto mechanic diploma (DEP) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of engine systems, transmissions, brakes, and electricity, as well as diagnostics.
- Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools and specific software.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
