Mechanic – Mobile Unit
Do you enjoy teamwork, tackling mechanical challenges, and delivering quality work? Join our team for a permanent daytime position based at our Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur branch.
As part of your duties, you will work directly at our clients' locations or on the road, aboard your own fully equipped service truck provided for conducting your mechanical interventions in the field (class 3 required).

Specifically, in this role, you will be responsible for:
Performing diagnostics and mechanical repairs directly during service calls, identifying the cause of malfunctions, and carrying out the necessary repairs. Coordinating technical interventions by communicating with the parts department and technical advisors when additional work is needed or impossible to perform on-site. Ensuring documentation and follow-up of repairs. Verifying the compliance of repairs by conducting a road test of the vehicle when necessary.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Experience, training, and skills that would be helpful:
3 to 5 years of experience Diploma in heavy vehicle mechanics (an asset) Class 3 license mandatory, excellent driving record Good computer skills Excellent customer service Versatile and autonomous English skills (an asset)
