Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel systems (engine, fuel system, exhaust, transmission) on Ford vehicles and other brands.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and road tests.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams; use diagnostic tools and software.
- Document interventions in the workshop system and communicate with the relevant teams.
- Adhere to safety standards and quality procedures; propose improvements when appropriate.
- Work in collaboration with technicians and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in automotive mechanics.
- At least 3 years of diesel experience.
- Skills in electronic diagnostics and maintenance of diesel engines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
