SAAQ Inspector (Male/Female) - Evening Shift
Excellence Peterbilt is currently seeking SAAQ inspectors for its Sainte-Julie branch to support its evening shift operations.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the incumbent performs mechanical inspections in our Joliette workshop, checks vehicle compliance, and contributes to maintaining the organization’s quality and safety standards. Through technical expertise and rigor, they play a vital role in equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a methodical, autonomous, and detail-oriented professional who wishes to grow within a structured, collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 3:30 p.m. to midnight

Experience, training, and skills that would be helpful:
Valid SAAQ inspector’s license and/or PEP card (a major asset); Minimum of 5 years of relevant mechanical experience; Experience with mandatory periodic SAAQ mechanical inspections (an asset); Experience with preventive maintenance (inspections, changes, or adjustments on trucks); Basic English to understand texts or videos for training purposes;
