Lallier Honda 40-640, an automobile dealership located in Terrebonne, QC, is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join its workshop as a Mechanic / Technician. You will join a high-performing team within a recognized Honda network and contribute to providing a first-class customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles in accordance with Honda manufacturer and dealer standards and procedures.
- Perform inspections, mechanical, electrical, and electronic system interventions, and road tests.
- Diagnose breakdowns using specialized tools and interpret error codes, propose effective solutions, and document intervention records.
- Clearly communicate results and recommendations to customers and service staff, and follow up on repairs until completion.
- Collaborate with other technicians and reception teams to guarantee fast and quality service.
- Follow safety rules, quality protocols, and deadlines.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in auto mechanics; experience in a dealership or with Honda vehicles is an asset.
- Vocational training or equivalent diploma in auto mechanics; relevant certifications appreciated.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, mechanical and electrical systems, and ability to read technical diagrams.
- Good team spirit, customer service orientation, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in French; English is a plus.
