Audi Durham, a luxury brand and family-owned car dealership in Whitby, Ontario, is seeking a qualified technician to join our service team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-end Audi vehicles in a welcoming, customer-focused environment that values craftsmanship and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on luxury vehicles, with an emphasis on Audi models, using factory-approved tools and software.
- Conduct thorough inspections, document findings, and communicate clear repair recommendations to service advisors and customers.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, complex repairs, and warranty-related services according to manufacturer guidelines and standards.
- Road-test vehicles to verify quality, safety, and proper operation after service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; ensure proper equipment use and adherence to dealership policies.
- Collaborate with technicians and service staff to meet or exceed service deadlines and customer satisfaction goals.
- Keep accurate service records and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
Required Qualifications
- Ontario driver's license or currently in the third year of automotive service apprenticeship.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in automotive repair or maintenance.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; ability to pass criminal background checks and meet security requirements.
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a physically demanding environment.
