Within 440 Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd., located in Laval and a member of the Tremblay Auto Group, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on customer service and community engagement. As a tire and wheel installer, you contribute to providing a reliable and safe automotive experience for our customers. Minimum experience: 1 year.
Main Responsibilities
- Install, remove, and reinstall tires and wheels on a variety of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Balance wheels, inspect rims, and assess wear to recommend appropriate services.
- Check and prepare tools and the work area, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain order in the workshop.
- Collaborate with technicians and advisors to provide clear advice and quality customer service.
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met during interventions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (tire and wheel installer) required.
- Knowledge of installation, mounting, balancing, and tire maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work standing for long periods, lift loads, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Team spirit, service-oriented mindset, and good communication skills.
- Fluent in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
