This hybrid position combines vehicle image and video capture with social content management to support marketing and sales objectives. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in this field and a portfolio to include with their application.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct vehicle shoots in showrooms and outdoors; retouch images and produce high-quality videos and reels.
- Develop and execute visual content consistent with brand image and tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Manage the entire content production process: artistic direction, lighting, editing, and timely delivery.
- Develop and follow an editorial calendar in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams; coordinate model launches and promotions.
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all media; create templates and manage reusable assets.
- Analyze content performance and suggest optimizations to increase engagement and visibility.
- Manage visual assets and archiving, ensure traceability and organization of files.
- Participate in events and photoshoots during auto shows, open house days, and vehicle test drives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in photography and videography, ideally in automotive or retail sectors.
- Portfolio to include with the application.
- Mastery of photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalents).
- Excellent visual storytelling, composition, and colorimetry skills; detail-oriented.
- Experience in social media content management and understanding current formats and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in French; operational English is an asset.
