Lead the Automotive Parts division at Canadian Tire as Vice President and General Manager of PartSource. Drive strategy and enhance operations in a customer-centric environment.

This pivotal role demands extensive experience in merchandising and retail leadership, particularly within the automotive sector. You will oversee strategy execution for Automotive Parts and PartSource banners, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives. Manage large cross-functional teams focusing on profitable growth and operational excellence in retail and commercial channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute enterprise strategy for Automotive Parts
  • Own merchandising and category vision
  • Ensure strong performance and P&L accountability
  • Drive data-informed decisions using advanced analytics
  • Lead strategic collaboration with Technology teams

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in retail or merchandising leadership
  • Proven P&L management experience
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel strategies
  • Experience managing large, complex portfolios
  • Strong collaborative and influencing skills
