Vice President, Automotive Parts & Tech

Lead Canadian Tire’s Automotive Parts ecosystem with end-to-end accountability for merchandising and PartSource banner performance. Shape category strategy, drive profitable growth, and advance digital capabilities in an evolving automotive aftermarket. Lead cross-functional teams and engage with supply chain, digital technology, marketing, and dealer partners to offer a compelling customer-centric automotive parts experience across retail and commercial channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise and PartSource banner strategies
  • Own category vision, pricing, promotions, and vendor management
  • Drive data-informed decisions using analytics and forecasting
  • Accountable for P&L performance including sales growth and margin
  • Collaborate with technology teams on roadmap priorities
  • Build high-performing, diverse leadership teams
  • Serve as a senior enterprise leader influencing cross-category strategies

What You Bring

  • 15+ years progressive experience in merchandising, retail, or operations
  • Proven leadership managing large portfolios with P&L accountability
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and supply chain dynamics
  • Strategic thinker and strong collaborator fostering inclusive leadership culture
