That’s great! Our team is currently looking for a Damage Estimator to play a key role in the repair process and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Examine damaged vehicles to assess the extent of the damages;
- Conduct a walk-around of the vehicle to verify observed damages;
- Take necessary measurements and photos to document the files;
- Prepare detailed estimates for clients and insurers;
- Obtain and manage repair authorizations from insurers;
- Order necessary parts for repairs;
- Research and apply manufacturer procedures and specifications to ensure repairs meet standards;
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and the service team;
- Inform involved parties of deadlines, changes, or special situations;
- Perform any other related tasks contributing to the success of operations.

- Experience as a damage estimator or in a similar role;
