Job Description Grenier Volkswagen is seeking a seasonal tire storage clerk to support the service team during tire-changing periods. The selected individual will play an important role in organizing, handling, and managing the storage of customers' tires.
Main responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store customers' tires in the designated storage area.
- Sort and organize tires in a safe and efficient manner to facilitate their retrieval.
- Prepare tire sets for tire-change appointments.
- Transport tires between the workshop and the warehouse.
- Inspect the overall condition of tires upon receipt and report any anomalies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist technicians and the service team as needed during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Good physical ability (handling tires).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Experience in a similar position (an asset).
Type of employment: Seasonal Salary: $18/hr to $24/hr Schedule: 10:00–17:00 Monday to Thursday / Friday 08:00–15:00 (32.5 hrs)
