Action Grenier Autogroupe is looking for a welcoming, organized, and professional individual to fill the position of day receptionist within its dynamic team.
Your main responsibilities as a receptionist
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the relevant persons or departments;
- Greet clients courteously and provide them with appropriate information;
- Process payments related to sales and services;
- Ensure cash register management and balance;
- Sort and file various administrative documents (invoices, receipts, work orders, etc.);
- Perform various administrative and accounting support tasks, including data entry and file organization.
