Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and organized Cour Management Attendant to join the Subaru Repentigny team in Repentigny, Quebec. As a key link in logistics and reception, you will contribute to providing a smooth and secure customer experience by ensuring the efficient management of our lot and coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise lot management: welcome incoming and outgoing vehicles, guide drivers and visitors, and ensure proper placement of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of parking areas and loading/unloading zones.
- Coordinate with the sales and after-sales departments to prepare vehicles for delivery, manage inventory, and handle stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, check the condition of vehicles, and keep accurate records of movements and related documents.
- Actively participate in inventories and manage operational flows of the lot.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of one year of experience in lot management, logistics, or a similar position, ideally in the automotive or retail sector.
- Good organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail; ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Good physical condition and ability to work standing, outdoors, in all weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit; ability to collaborate with different departments.
- Valid driver's license; knowledge of automotive safety procedures is an asset.
- Fluent French; English is a plus.
