- Abrir las órdenes de trabajo;
- Cerrar las órdenes de trabajo;
- Preparar las citas del día siguiente y gestionar la flota de vehículos de cortesía;
- Atender llamadas y concertar citas;
- Dar seguimiento a las piezas en pedido;
- Entender y aplicar la garantía del fabricante, incluyendo los planes de mantenimiento prepagados;
- Realizar solicitudes relacionadas con la garantía extendida;
