Responsabilidades
- Preparar las superficies del vehículo para pintar lijando, enmascarando y limpiando para asegurar una correcta adhesión de la pintura
- Mezclar y combinar colores de pintura para lograr tonos y acabados deseados
- Aplicar imprimación, capas base, capas transparentes y otros acabados usando pistolas de spray y herramientas manuales
- Inspeccionar las superficies pintadas en busca de calidad y realizar retoques según sea necesario
- Seguir los protocolos de seguridad y mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio
- Manejar cargas pesadas de manera segura siguiendo las directrices de seguridad
Requisitos
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en acabado automotriz
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo en un entorno de ritmo acelerado
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad del trabajo
