Responsabilidades
- Diagnosticar la causa de cualquier mal funcionamiento en el vehículo de un cliente
- Realizar reparaciones apropiadas con precisión y eficiencia
- Completar servicios aprobados en los vehículos de los clientes
- Probar y ajustar sistemas del vehículo según las especificaciones de rendimiento del fabricante
- Realizar mantenimiento programado, como cambios de aceite, lubricaciones y afinaciones
- Asesorar a los clientes y asociados sobre el trabajo realizado, la condición general del vehículo y futuros requisitos de reparación
- Mantener el equipo de servicio mecánico en un programa de mantenimiento regular
- Operar vehículos de la empresa y de clientes de manera limpia y segura
- Apoyar las relaciones con los clientes respondiendo a sus consultas
Requisitos
- Estado de licencia/sello rojo en la profesión de Técnico de Servicio Automotriz
- Conocimiento sólido de la industria automotriz y habilidades necesarias para brindar servicios mecánicos
- Especialista en diagnóstico con interés en tecnología moderna
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
