310T Mechanic

Safely operate, repair, rebuild and perform maintenance on company-owned or leased heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment, ensuring safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair operational issues with heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment.
- Maintain and repair diesel, CNG, gas, and electric vehicles and equipment.
- Complete reports and work orders; order parts daily.
- Plan repairs in M5 planner and manage parts procurement.
- Ensure safety compliance and clean work areas.
- Train new employees and stay updated with technology through manuals and seminars.
Knowledge & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical diploma preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience as a diesel mechanic.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn software systems.
- Communication skills and ability to work independently.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work in loud environments with extreme temperatures.
