Job description

Safely operate, repair, rebuild and perform maintenance on company-owned or leased heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment, ensuring safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair operational issues with heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment.
  • Maintain and repair diesel, CNG, gas, and electric vehicles and equipment.
  • Complete reports and work orders; order parts daily.
  • Plan repairs in M5 planner and manage parts procurement.
  • Ensure safety compliance and clean work areas.
  • Train new employees and stay updated with technology through manuals and seminars.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical diploma preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a diesel mechanic.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn software systems.
  • Communication skills and ability to work independently.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work in loud environments with extreme temperatures.
