We are looking for a Payroll Master to join our dynamic team at Hawkesbury Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC. As a Payroll Master, you will play a key role in managing payroll processes and ensuring that all employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire payroll process, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with current laws.
- Collecting and processing data related to hours worked, leaves, and other changes in employment conditions.
- Preparing and distributing pay statements and related documents to employees.
- Collaborating with the human resources and accounting departments to ensure smooth coordination.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding their payroll and providing guidance on payroll-related processes.
The qualifications required for this position include:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of tax and labor laws, as well as payroll practices.
- Proficiency in computer tools and payroll software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
