Under the responsibility of the Director of Fixed Operations, the Business Centre Agent (CDA) acts as a customer follow-up agent for the sales team of Polestar Montreal.
- Act as the first responder for leads, SMS, and emails (CRM tool ACTIVIX)
- Answer incoming calls
- Enter information into Activix and follow up on the status of potential clients properly
- Solicit clients to schedule an in-store appointment
- Explain our services and collect the necessary information to open the file and schedule appointments for sales advisors
- Confirm appointments
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to assess the satisfaction level of our clientele
- Participate in any product and service training as requested by the supervisor
- Attend service meetings
- Quickly report any equipment damage or dangerous situation to management
- Ensure compliance with Quebec laws on occupational health and safety to maintain a safe environment
- Carry out any other tasks requested by the superior and as per the organization's needs.
