Job Description:
Mega Kia Brossard, a leading dealership with over 25 years of experience, is looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to strengthen our mechanical service department. If you are dynamic, motivated, and passionate about customer service, this position is perfect for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Book and manage appointments for the service department.
- Confirm appointments with customers.
- Answer incoming calls and provide quality service.
- Make outbound calls for promotional campaigns and maintenance reminders.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed by the department.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar position and/or in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of CDK systems and Excel is an asset.
