Main Responsibilities: Schedule appointments for the mechanical service department.
Confirm appointments with customers.
Answer incoming calls related to the service.
Work closely with the mechanical department team.
Perform, if necessary, all other related tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in a similar customer service position or in the automotive field (a plus).
Ability to substitute for the technical advisor during their vacation periods.
Knowledge of the automotive mechanics field (strongly preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
