Under the responsibility of the Sales Director, the Assistant Sales Director supports Sales Representatives with sales or leasing transactions while adhering to the dealership's standards in terms of gross margin, volume, and customer satisfaction. They also assist the Sales Director with certain administrative tasks.
- Adhere to regulations on automobile sales
- Assist representatives in finalizing transactions and making follow-up calls
- Participate in training and identify the team's training needs
- Complete documentation on the progress of interns and new members
- Assist in establishing monthly goals
- Collaborate in improving representatives' performance
- Plan team meetings
- Cooperate in vehicle exchanges between dealerships
- Approve transactions if necessary
- Assist in advertising and inventory management
- Stay informed about manufacturers' news and banking institutions
- Manage vehicle displays
- Participate in recruitment and replace the sales manager in their absence
- Advise and sell/rent cars
