Main Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in the daily management of the department

Assist and support the sales team in closing transactions

Coach, train, and motivate sales representatives

Ensure effective management of leads and conduct rigorous follow-up

Intervene during negotiations to support representatives

Perform all other related tasks related to the department's performance
Desired Profile:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
