- Conducting takeovers (TO)
- Supporting the sales team to maximize all sales opportunities
- Following up with clients who have not completed a transaction to re-engage them
- Ensuring daily updates to the Actvix system (CRM)
- Managing exchanges between dealerships
- Handling the administrative and analytical tasks of the department
