In this key role, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing the operations of our after-sales service while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Service Manager in the daily management of departmental operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Training and mentoring the technical staff to ensure high-level service and continuous skill development.
- Analyzing performance indicators and implementing continuous improvement strategies to increase team efficiency and productivity.
- Working closely with the sales and parts departments to ensure optimal synergy and meet customer needs.
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within an automotive service environment.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and leadership.
- Knowledge of systems and processes related to the automotive industry.
