We are looking for a passionate and skilled Automotive Workshop Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at Subaru Métropolitain. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating and distributing tasks within our workshop, ensuring an optimal experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions, coordinating with technicians.
- Plan and organize the schedule for repairs and maintenance, effectively balancing the workload of technicians.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with service advisors regarding the status of vehicles in the workshop.
- Ensure that all work performed meets Subaru's quality and safety standards.
- Manage necessary documentation, including quotes, invoices, and service reports.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes.
- Open and follow up on internal work orders for new and used vehicle deliveries.
- Manage subcontractors.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Knowledge of Subaru vehicles and workshop management systems is a plus.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
